A few minor legal details to begin...

For a smooth, hassle free process we will need to take care of certain legal details. These include the following documents:
  • Completed Intended Parent application form and fertility questionnaire (available here)
  • Mutual contract between the Intended Parents & the Sensible Surrogacy agency, or our sister agency in Mumbai.
  • Surrogacy contract between the Intended Parents & the Surrogate / Egg Donor (if appropriate)
All these contracts are arranged and notarized in our local Mumbai courts by our own Legal professionals. 

The Intended Parents will be required to visit Mumbai before the IVF/Surrogacy procedures can begin, finalize and sign all the contracts.

Also, for insurance purposes, we require a letter of support from a family friend, or an email from a business email address. (If using email, please ensure the email is from a company domain and not a web-based service like Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo Mail.)
