We want you to feel confident and secure in our hands, so we arrange our agency fee to be held in escrow until you are fully satisfied.

All intended parents are subject to an initial medical assessment. Assuming you qualify (and if you decide to continue with ‘Sensible Surrogacy’) we will open your escrow account with HSBC India. The account will hold secure our agency administrative fee, which covers the following services:
  • Unlimited consultations/opinions through our partner IVF clinic.
  • Recruiting and medical/psychological assessment of the surrogate.
  • Arranging for the surrogate’s insurance.
  • Arranging your bookings in Indian hotels, rail or air travel, and airport pickup.
  • Drafting all surrogacy contracts through our legal team.
  • Travel of the surrogate with the caretaker to all medical appointments.
Additional services (including those provided by Sensible Surrogacy staff) may require additional payments from the Intended Parents.
