Choosing IVF Treatment Options

We begin with a free no-obligation fertility evaluation through our partner IVF clinic. (We will respond to your query within 48 hours.).

If you decide that Sensible Surrogacy can help you further, we will then start the process of locating & screening of an egg donor and/or a surrogate that suits your needs.

While this is happening, Sensible Surrogacy will be working in the background getting contracts ready and signed by all concerned parties, establishing escrow accounts, arranging insurance for the surrogate, etc.

Once a donor and surrogate are selected and approved by our IVF Clinic, medical treatments will synchronize their cycles and prepare the donor and surrogate for the IVF procedure.  At this time, the intended parents will plan their visit to Mumbai.

STEP 1: DISCUSS IVF OPTIONS
Visiting Mumbai

The Intended Parents will visit Mumbai in order to sign the contracts, leave a sperm sample for the IVF procedure (if needed), and prepare the Intended Mother to donate eggs or to receive the fertilized embryos.

If the Intended Mother will be donating her own eggs, the couple should plan to stay in Mumbai for 2 to 3 weeks while the woman receives appropriate preparatory treatments and undergoes the procedure.

If you will be using an egg donor and donating the father’s sperm, then the couple will stay in Mumbai for 5 days. (Frozen sperm donations may be collected from home and couriered to our IVF clinic, in which case the stay in Mumbai may be even shorter.)
  • Sensible Surrogacy will arrange for airport pick-up and look after you during your entire stay.
  • We will act as liaison between the Intended Parents, surrogate, egg donor (or agency) and the IVF clinic to co-ordinate your visit with the donor’s and surrogate’s cycles.
  • Sensible Surrogacy will arrange for an English speaking driver/guide to be with the Intended Parents during the entire stay in Mumbai.
  • You will also have a vehicle at your disposal and should you wish to see some sights and explore India, our travel agent will help you plan your itinerary, make reservations and take care of other details.
